Dr. Ganesh Bhattarai is an Associate Professor at Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management, Nepal Commerce Campus, Kathmandu, Nepal. He completed his Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Management from Kathmandu University, School of Management, where he developed advanced expertise in research and academic inquiry. Further advancing his scholarly pursuits, he earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from the Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, focusing on critical areas of management and organizational studies.

As an academician, Dr. Bhattarai is deeply engaged in teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in business and management disciplines. He has also been actively involved in research, publications, and academic development programs, contributing to both national and international academic communities.

His professional dedication reflects a commitment to excellence in higher education, fostering innovative learning approaches, and promoting research-driven knowledge in management studies.

Dr. Ganesh Bhattarai is an Associate Professor at Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management, Nepal Commerce Campus, Kathmandu, Nepal. He holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) from Kathmandu University, School of Management, and a Ph.D. from Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management.

Dr. Bhattarai has published numerous research articles in both Scopus-indexed and non-indexed journals, covering topics such as organizational management, human resource management, organizational behavior, and economic management. His research contributions can be reviewed on platforms like Scopus and Google Scholar. His areas of interest include emerging issues in business management, organizational management, industrialization, the national and international economy, financial management, and management research methodology.

With over 20 years of teaching experience at Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management, Dr. Bhattarai currently serves as the Director of the MBA in Finance and Master of Business Studies programs at Nepal Commerce Campus. He has actively participated in and presented research papers at numerous national and international conferences related to his fields of expertise.
